No. If you prefer, you can buy your ticket at the zoo itself, at the ticket office, by card or in cash. You do not need to print it: you can show it on your mobile phone.
No. Tickets are open-date and you can come on any day you like, up to 2 months after purchase. If you finally cannot come and your tickets are about to expire, contact us and we will try to arrange a change.
We are open from Thursday to Sunday, public holidays included, always from 10:30. Closing time varies depending on the time of year (18:00, 19:00 or 20:00). Check the full calendar to see the exact hours for each day. The gates stay open until one hour before closing. Groups by prior appointment, any day of the year.
Yes. Admission is completely free for children and for adults with a recognised disability of more than 45% (adults with a disability of 45% or less pay โฌ8.90), as long as they are accompanied by another person who pays for a ticket.
Yes, adults from large families get an additional discount and pay the child admission price.
A maximum of 1 child (under 3) free per adult who pays admission.
On average between 2 and 3 hours, depending on your pace. Some enclosures are walk-through, so you can go inside and feed the animals.
Yes. We have a foodtruck (burgers, hot dogs, snacks, ice creams and coffee at family-friendly prices) and several picnic areas. You can also bring your own food and use the picnic areas freely; we only ask that you take your rubbish away with you. Please remember that feeding the animals with food brought in from outside is forbidden.
Yes, but only with the zoo's special food (โฌ1), which is suitable for each species. Uncontrolled human food can cause them serious health problems.
No, except for assistance dogs with the appropriate accreditation. The presence of other animals causes stress to the zoo's fauna.

No. There is a free car park opposite the zoo entrance. The car park is not supervised, so we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to parked vehicles or for the loss of any items left inside them.
Smoking is forbidden in the zoo and during educational activities, except in the areas marked next to the ticket office that are specifically designated as smoking areas.
