A zoo turned into a super classroom: prices, types of visit and everything you need to bring your school group.
Zoos can be an important tool for education and for raising awareness of the importance of conserving biodiversity. When visiting a zoo, visitors have the chance to see and learn about different animal species, their natural habitats, their needs and behaviours, and their role in the ecosystem.
To promote education and learning, at the FundaciΓ³n ZOO KOKI we run environmental awareness activities such as talks, guided tours, workshops and interactive activities. We also have information panels and leaflets that provide detailed information about animal species and their conservation.
In addition, we work with universities, scientific institutions and conservation organisations to carry out research and conservation projects that contribute to the protection of animal species and the conservation of biodiversity.

We believe it is necessary to break down existing prejudices and empathise with people: to get to know and understand their needs so that we can provide the specific support that allows them to live happily and take part in society on equal terms with everyone else. That is why we are the first zoo in Spain adapted for people with ASD, and we also offer a flat, barrier-free route, adapted toilets and signage with an audio guide for people with visual impairments.
We are a recommended centre by the following organisations:

Furthermore, in our drive to broaden our strategies for education, conservation and research, we have reached agreements, memberships and collaborations with various associations and institutions β you can see them on the Membership page.
We hold the certificate regarding sexual offences (criminal record check) and the leisure and free-time monitor card.
